Designated Smoking Area

As per the Sable bylaws, smoking is permitted inside your unit (not including your balcony) or in the designated smoking area on the property. The designated smoking area has been determined to be opposite the fence of the clubhouse as you come into Sable Ridge, as opposed to outside the entrances to each of the buildings. The ashtrays will be moved to this area, and signage will be erected shortly.
