Where can we store our bikes?

There is a storage locker in Building 1 that you can lock your bikes up. If storing your bikes, ensure your bikes are labelled with your name and unit number.

​Owners can purchase racks (Mountain Bike Rack) that Ron can install on the wall of your parking stall.

We need to dispose of my BBQ, furniture or large appliance. Where can we take it?

Contact Ron or Monique; they can help with disposing of it.

We have a large item to move into or out of our unit. What do I need to do?

Contact Ron or Monique; they will arrange to have the elevator pads put up. They can also lend you the elevator key that will hold the elevator doors open.

Why are my bathroom fans suddenly running?

There is a quirk in that when you use the humidifier in your unit, all fans will turn on.
