Hospital

The nearest hospital is located in Invermere.

Insurance

Owners are responsible for insuring the contents of his/her strata lot. The Strata Corporation will be responsible for carrying fire and liability insurance on the buildings and common areas.

Keys

Contact Monique to have your keys programmed.

Mail Service

There is no door-to-door mail delivery in the Village of Radium Hot Springs. Mail comes either General Delivery to the village post office or to your mailbox, should you decide to rent one.

Moving Arrangements

The strata has elevator blankets and a key that will allow owners to use the elevator to move items into their unit. Contact Ron or Monique to make those arrangements.

Parking

Each unit has a designated underground parking stall; stalls are numbered with your strata lot number. Above ground parking stalls are designated as common property. Owners and guests are not permitted to park recreational vehicles, trailers, boats or campers in any parking stalls.

Property Taxes

Owners are responsible for annual real property taxes for their strata lot. Taxes are levied by and payable to the Village of Radium on July 1 of each year.

Renting your Unit

Any unit owners renting their units will require a Form K to be completed and forwarded to Mountain Creek Properties Ltd.

If owners plan to do short-term rentals, owners will require a business license from the Village of Radium. See Short-Term Rentals for more details.

Security

Sable Ridge has video camera security throughout the property.

Strata Fees

Strata fees are payable on the first day of the month. Contact Mountain Creek Properties Ltd. to arrange for automatic payment of your monthly fees.

Unit Storage

Each unit includes a 4′ X 4′ cubicle. Contact Monique to obtain a unit tag for your storage unit.

Utilities

Unit owners are responsible for electricity, cable and telephone.

Electricity provided by BC Hydro.

Cable providers: Cogeco EastLink, Shaw, Telus, Videotron.

Telephone service provided by Telus.

WiFi

Unit owners will have to arrange for their own internet.
