Short-term Rentals
November 22, 2021 - By: RyanThe Village of Radium adopted Bylaw 466,2021 on August 18, 2021 requiring anyone operating carrying on a short-term rental business must be licenced. Licences must be renewed annually.
A summary of the requirements are as follows:
- Short-term business licence;
- Written approval from the strata board;
- Contact information (24/day) be provided to guests; and
- Post a copy of the licence, licence number and contact information (24/day) in the premises.
